When I first moved to a flipped model, it was a SPECTACULAR FAILURE. Once I was able to diagnose why and teach students appropriate skills, it turned into the most AMAZING way to empower students to own their own learning. These same skills can be leveraged into stations/centers work as well as any other time videos are needed as reference/resource.
